💭 Picture this… you’re in elementary school and your parents drag you all over the place looking at model homes to find the perfect community to build the home that you and your siblings will grow up in. You’re just a kid… so this is pretty boring for you. But you’re having fun getting snacks and candy at every model home. Your parents pull into Walden Creek in Montgomery, TX. The schools are excellent. There’s a park and a fishing dock. And the best part… there’s a Walmart and Whataburger within 5 minutes. Score. You and your siblings race up the stairs to pick out which room you want. You are the first one to the top so you get first pick.
