Called one random FSBO sign I saw today and talked to him about an hour.
Turned out he has two he’s trying to sell.

Asked if I could come out Thursday morning to see the homes. You honestly have no idea how surreal it was to hear that.

I had started out today to go door knocking.
I Didn’t even get out of the car.

You have no idea how close the next possible deal is. Just listen to what they need, explain how you can add value, and most people can smell fake from a mile away so be honest and yourself.

Had a new/former listing go back active this past week.
2.52+/- Acres at 1560 Anderson Rd, Montgomery.
Zoning is Ag/ Commercial so double check that buyers agent.

Plus, there’s already a home on site, however it will require significant renovations to become livable. VALUE IS FOUND IN LAND ONLY!
