We recently built our dream custom home with Superior Homes Custom, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.
It began with customizing our layout to perfectly fit our needs, then visiting the land together to determine the best placement for the house—such thoughtful guidance right from the beginning.
Our sales guy, David, was fantastic throughout the process. He did an excellent job keeping us firmly on budget while still offering creative suggestions for meaningful improvements to the home that truly enhanced the final design without unnecessary extras. His expertise and honesty made the decision-making feel straightforward and stress-free—he was always looking out for our best interests.
Next, we went through their showroom to select colors, textures, and finishes, and the team was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward combinations that looked amazing and worked well together. We did a final paper review to double-check everything was exactly as we wanted, with no surprises.
We got to watch the build progress every step of the way—from pouring the foundation to the final touch-ups—and it was exciting rather than stressful.
Our superintendent, Danny, was phenomenal! He was always quick to respond to questions and concerns, kept everything organized, and made sure the project stayed on track.
True to their word, the home was completed exactly in the guaranteed 6 months from the final paperwork date.
The quality is top-notch, and we’re thrilled with every detail.
