Apparently, I have a Blue Ash problem. šš”
A few of my favorite recent sales never even made it to the market.
One was a listing I secured and then brought the buyer.
One was another off market opportunity that came together quietly behind the scenes.
And one? Well⦠I bought that one myself. šš¤
Somewhere between helping clients buy and sell here, finding opportunities that never hit the MLS, and eventually becoming a Blue Ash homeowner myself, I realized:
I didnāt just start doing a lot of business in Blue Ash.
I genuinely fell in love with it.
The neighborhoods. The parks. Summit Park. The restaurants and small businesses. The convenience. The community. The schools. The way you can be minutes from everything and still come home to a street that feels like home.
And maybe my favorite part of these particular sales? Not one of them needed a FOR SALE sign to find its way to the closing table.
Real estate doesnāt always happen on Zillow.
Sometimes it happens through relationships, conversations, knowing whoās thinking about selling, knowing whoās looking and putting the right people together before a home ever hits the market.
Three Blue Ash closings.
Three very different stories.
Zero trips to the MLS.
And now one very happy Realtor who gets to call Blue Ash home, too. š
Looking in Blue Ash? Thinking about selling in Blue Ash? Or just wondering what might be happening off market?
You know where to find me.
Apparently, Iām here a lot. šš
