Haven’t been on my business page much lately because I have been so busy that when I think about what all I need to post, I get overwhelmed! 😅 But this… this is important! 🐶

It’s getting to that time of year when we all love to sit in our backyard and enjoy the nice weather, the plants, and the nice breeze. The only problem is when you do that, you can’t help but to sit there and think about all of the things you *WISH* you had in a backyard! Not only that, but the dog doesn’t have enough room to run and you’re sick of it!

Spent the last two days with one of my favorite REALTOR buddies earning the SRS designation so that I can better serve my clients. The things I have learned have rocked my world and I can’t wait to start putting it to good use - and it starts NOW!

I also spent some time with a local real estate attorney last week learning some very important details about contracts. Knowledge is a pretty powerful tool. My brain is a full sponge right now! Ha!

Thanks to all of my clients who have supported me. It could be that you have bought and/or sold your home with me, told your friend about me, or asked me for real estate advice. I am so so thankful. You will never meet anyone else that is more invested in their education! I want to serve my clients AND serve them well. So much to learn, and so many people to help. 🤍

Congratulations to the Steiner’s for purchasing their first home in Montgomery, AL! From the first interaction that I had with Lori, I knew that I wanted to do a ”good job” for her. I could tell that she was a good person who had bad experiences with REALTORs in the past and I wanted to right those wrongs.
