We start by going over how Jacob found the spot he hunted and tagged his big buck on a new-to-him piece of public land in Alabama. We then discuss why a lot of hunters have the skills they need to be successful, yet they still struggle. Scott goes over how he keeps things simple and explains where most guys go wrong when it comes to overthinking big bucks. I first received my real estate license in 1993. I graduated from the University of Alabama in 1984 w/ a degree in Corporate Finance & Investment. My professional background includes commercial loan officer with a large regional bank, starting the first commercial alligator farm in Alabama, real estate appraiser concentrating in commercial & timber/recreational land, & real estate development, developing shopping centers & Walgreens.
