What a Great Night at KW Awards Ceremony ❤️. An Epic Story for an Epic Award. Lots of twists and turns, ups and downs on this one 🤣
From taking a Bold move into this transaction after my client picked a lender online who my gut was telling me this deal was about to go South quickly. I reached out to Jonathan Jack who quickly jumped in and picked up all the pieces. Well we thought we were safe until another plot twist we didn’t see coming 🤣. That story must be told with some cocktails. It went from a delayed settlement to me writing up a short term lease to Finally 10 days later back to the Settlement Table. Honestly I had the BEST teammate JJ Does Mortgages - Jonathan Jack. A Wild Ride is an Understatement 🤣.
