He relocated to the Montgomery ARC office in 2019 when he married his lovely wife Ashley. He has leased thousands of square feet of office space in Birmingham including a 32,000 SF lease to Faulkner University. Jeff worked in commercial sales and office leasing in the 80s and 90s in A

tlanta, Georgia. He was responsible for leasing and sales of thousands of square feet of office space including a 60,000 SF lease where he represented ALLSTATE Insurance. He relocated his family back to Birmingham Alabama in 2001 where has worked in residential land sales and development, commercial leasing and sales including office leasing, apartments, raw and zoned land. Jeff has entitled numerous development projects including site search and acquisition, due diligence, engineering and construction and disposition. Since 2005, Jeff has developed and sold over 500 residential lots and 100s of acres of land in Birmingham, Montgomery and lakefront developments on Smith Lake in North Alabama and Mitchell Lake in Central Alabama. Jeff has extensive experience evaluating and entitling land so he can evaluate your property for highest and best use. Jeff has two children - Grace an Alabama graduate is advancing towards a PhD at UAB and Alec also getting a masters at UAB.. Jeff will use his years of experience coupled with good common sense to provide you the service and satisfaction you deserve. Period.
