A home inspection isn’t just about getting a report.
It’s your chance to learn everything about the house before you commit to it.
When I’m with buyers at inspections, I always encourage them to ask questions like:

✔️ What are the biggest issues in this home?
✔️ How old are the major systems?
✔️ Are there any safety concerns?
✔️ What repairs should happen right away?

Those answers can completely change how you move forward.
Sometimes it means negotiating repairs.
Sometimes it means planning future maintenance.
