We are pleased to announce that Alicia Huey of AGH Homes, Inc. and Jimmy Rutland of Lowder New Homes have been selected for induction this year into the Alabama Building Industry Hall of Fame!

Alicia is a longtime member and Past President of the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and has served on the HBAA Executive Committee in numerous roles. She is also extremely active at the national level, including serving as the 2023 Chairman of the National Association of Home Builders.

A longtime member and Past President of the Greater Montgomery Home Builders Association, Jimmy has likewise served in numerous capacities on the HBAA Executive Committee, including serving as HBAA President in 2018. He also currently serves as a Trustee for the Alabama Home Builders Self Insurers Fund.

The induction ceremony will take place during the 2024 HBAA Annual Convention, November 7-9 at the Hotel Effie Sandesin in Destin, Florida.

Induction into the ABI Hall of Fame is the highest honor given by the HBAA. Please join us in congratulating these very deserving members on this honor!
