STORY OF THE DAY:

I received a text at 6:25 am on a Tuesday stating her cousin referred her to me. I returned the call immediately. She said she didn’t think she would qualify because she just got out of bankruptcy and her score wasn’t high enough. “No problem”, I said. “Let’s see where you stand.” I told her I will get back to her, let me make a couple calls.

I contacted a lender that can qualify starting at 580 credit score with a manual underwriting. They were connected.

SHE WAS APPROVED RIGHT AWAY! And within two weeks she’s under contract and she’s a first time home buyer!

See the moral of the story is never assume you CAN’T do something. You never know if you don’t try....see how GOD works!

P.S. her score was way over 580!!!! 😁
