🎉 June 8: Houston Margarita Festival
This boozy event is presented by Patron Tequila and features more than 10 different margarita samples for attendees to vote on the best marg in Houston. Hosted at Memorial Trail Ice House in Houston, it will also feature a live DJ, street tacos and food trucks, a beer garden, market vendors, and a trip giveaway to Mexico.

Love seeing the growth that is happening in the city of Montgomery TX in North Houston. A new Home Dept is currently under development, multiple restaurants and now the possibility of a new H-E-B 🤩

Also on the agenda:
🔹Proposed 56- acre single family residential development along northeast corridor of Lone Star Parkway
🔹Proposed 108.8- acre single family residential development near west side of the city
🔹Agreement with Montgomery ISD for the renovation of Montgomery high school

The grocer, which owns a 32.42-acre tract at the southeast corner of Hwy. 105 and FM 2854, will pay for the feasibility study.

I have heard this so much here lately, if you get a call from your bank about something similar, please hang up on them and call your bank directly! 💔🤬

This also happened to a client with her phone. Her “phone company” called her and said someone was wanting to add a line to her account and she said absolutely not! They asked for her pin & a few other things to verify her and within a few hours they had gotten into her icloud and got all her passwords, spent over $6k at stores and picked it up before she caught on.
