This one right here… was a long, tough journey—but perseverance and ex*****on made it happen. 💪

Larry Grisby all the way from Equality came to see me back in September. He told me his parents were planning to move down from Indiana to escape that cold weather and would be visiting around Thanksgiving.

So when they came… they stopped by.

We walked homes on the lot, but nothing quite fit what they were looking for. Instead of forcing something, I listened. We sat down, went through floorplans, and started building exactly what THEY wanted—piece by piece.

From going back and forth on designs… to making sure every detail was right… we turned a vision into a plan.

By January, we officially started the process—knowing we had time while they prepared to sell their home.

And now… April 6th… WE CLOSED. 🔑

Next up—they’re waiting on their brand new Sunshine Prime 1670-1050 with a beautiful porch to match. 🏡

This is what it’s about—patience, trust, and getting it done the RIGHT way.

Not your average 20-year-old… 👀

Big shoutout to Sherman Legg coming all the way from Hope Hull! While most people his age are just getting started, Sherman just made a POWER move into homeownership. 🏡💪

He didn’t have a long credit history yet—but that didn’t stop him. With some land to leverage as a down payment, we were able to put a solid deal together and make it happen.

This is what it looks like when you take advantage of your situation instead of waiting for the “perfect time.”

Age is just a number—ownership is a mindset.

Big congratulations to Braden Tolliver on his brand new Essence built by Clayton! 🎉

Braden made the trip all the way from Hayneville, AL with a goal in mind—and we made it happen. With limited trade lines, most people would’ve hit a wall… but that’s where I went to work. I was able to match him with the perfect lender that saw the vision and got his deal approved.

Now he’s stepping into homeownership and building something of his own 💪

Brian & Shakiyla Morrissette made the trip all the way from Lower Peach Tree, Alabama just to “look around” a couple months ago… but they had a vision. 💭

They weren’t just browsing — they were starting a PLAN.

After walking through different options, they fell in love with the ARC 8004 built by Sunshine. What stood out the most? This wasn’t just another single wide… it was FULLY customizable and checked every single box they were looking for. 🏡🔥

Big congratulations to Cynthia Collier on her brand new Cottonwood home built by Champion! 🏡🎉

When Cynthia first came in, you could tell she was worn down from the home search. She had been looking, stressing, and just trying to find something that made sense. We sat down, talked through everything, and I went to work.

Before long, we found the right floorplan at the right price — the Cottonwood. Something that fit her needs, her budget, and gave her a place she can truly call home.

Moments like this are why I love what I do. Helping someone go from feeling tired of the process to walking away with keys in their hand never gets old.

Congratulations to the Fullers — Mercale and Alfreda from Montgomery!

After leasing for the past 13 years, they decided it was time to make a move and invest in something of their own. They came in with a price point already in mind, and I went to work finding the floorplan that would fit exactly what they wanted without going over their budget.

In the end, they landed on a beautiful Oak built by Clayton, and it was the perfect fit for their needs!

It’s always special helping people transition from renting to owning, and I’m thankful they trusted me to help guide them through the process. I can’t wait to see you guys get moved in and start this new chapter!
