Cooper who in 1929 became the 51st Governor of Ohio. The current company President is Randy Cooper, representing the fourth generation to carry on the family tradition in Real Estate. The company initially focused on the development of single family homes in the Cincinnati suburbs of Hyde Park, Montgomery, Mt. Lookout, Kenwood and Indian Hill. Additionally, MYC developed numerous apartment complexes and commercial buildings in Cincinnati, Columbus, Ohio and Miami, Florida. In the 1970’s, the company was redirected toward commercial development, specializing in community shopping centers. This continues to be its primary focus today.
