What a week!

Last week was one of those weeks that perfectly captures why I love what I do.

🇺🇸 Attended my 26th Memorial Day Parade in Blue Ash
🏡 Participated in a Global Luxury meeting
🎓 Sent Evelyn off for her last day of junior year (how is that even possible?!)
🐦 Showed homes with baby birds living in the front door wreath
🌊 Secured a waterfront property for my clients
🔍 Navigated a home inspection
⚡ Previewed a home with an electrical panel I've never seen before in all my years in real estate📱 Answered countless calls, texts, and emails
📅 Scheduled this week's showings
🏠 Hosted an open house🏊 And wrapped it all up with a swim!

Every week in real estate is different, and that's what makes it so much fun. From helping clients find their dream homes to celebrating family milestones and discovering something new every day, there's never a dull moment.

🐾💙 National Pet Month 💙🐾

Anybody who knows me knows how much I love my Basset Hound, Vinny! Just one look at this picture and you can see who's really in charge around here!

To Vinny, a perfect home isn't about square footage or granite countertops. It's about a comfy couch, a sunny spot for a nap, treats nearby, and being surrounded by the people he loves.

As a Realtor, I get it. A house is more than four walls and a roof, it's where life happens. It's where families gather, memories are made, and where our pets become part of every chapter. Whether they're greeting us at the door after a long day or claiming their favorite spot on the couch, they have a way of turning a house into a home.

This National Pet Month, I'm celebrating all the furry family members who make our homes warmer, happier, and filled with unconditional love. 💙

And let's be honest... Vinny may not pay the mortgage, but he definitely acts like he owns the place!

Looking for something to do in the last weekends of May? Cincinnati always comes alive this time of year!

Between festivals, live music, Reds games, food events, farmers markets, and Memorial Day weekend fun, there’s seriously something going on every weekend. It’s one of the best times of year to get outside and enjoy the city. (Hopefully the rain lets up!)

Whether you’re grabbing food at Taste of Cincinnati, heading to a local church festival, or just spending the evening downtown with friends and family, May in Cincinnati never disappoints. ❤️

It’s a big day in racing… the Preakness Stakes! 🏇

One thing I love about living in the Cincinnati area is how much horse racing and equestrian history have influenced our communities. From Triple Crown-inspired neighborhoods to horse farm estates, the tradition runs deep around here.

One of my personal favorites is where I live, Calumet Farm. The name carries such a rich racing legacy and adds a unique charm and character to the community. There’s just something timeless about neighborhoods inspired by Kentucky horse country and the excitement of the track.

Today’s races are a reminder of how much these traditions continue to shape not only sports, but the places we call home.

Fyi- Montgomery residents.

The Environmental Advisory Commission will hold a free Document Shredding Event on Saturday, May 16, in conjunction with the monthly cardboard recycling event. This event is held from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Public Works Facility at 7315 Cornell Road (across from Sycamore High School).

For more efficiency, each person in line can have a maximum of three boxes (copy paper size or similar), and you must be present.

Volunteers will be available to assist. Materials are shredded onsite.

Please remove paper from notebooks and binders. Paper clips and staples DO NOT have to be removed. No binder clips, please. CDs or DVDs cannot be shredded.
