A lot of people think they can just pay a real estate agent a few hundred dollars to help them find or build a home… but that’s not how it works.
On a $100,000 home, a typical 3% commission is $3,000—and that’s paid at closing, not upfront.
And no, I don’t keep all of that. It’s split with my brokerage and covers everything that goes into helping you from start to finish—showings, research, negotiations, contracts, and more.
The biggest thing?
I don’t get paid unless you successfully close.
So when I say I’m working for you… I’m really working for you.
