Yesterday's home inspection in Spring Tx off of Aldine Westfield shower drain pan and message therapy tub draining very very slow. It would appear the there is a drainage blockage because water started seeping out from under toilet shower and tub. Needless to say I terminated the plumbing testing had upstairs bathroom left and recommended a plumber. I didn't want to flood the home. In 11 years I have only had this happen twice. This time was not to bad caught it soon last time it didn't start backing up until I had a hugh tub full of water and had already ran a lot of water through the system.. Now that was a mop up job this one was a clean up with a towel thank goodness because new carpet was installed everywhere.

New construction Katy Texas I think the roofer fogot how to roof ran the shingles up to the edge of the sidewall flashing. A little wind driven rain and you have an instant leak.
