Moore Company is proud to announce an exciting leadership transition as Will Tucker, our current Chief Financial Officer, steps into the role of Chief Executive Officer of Moore Company.
Will has become an integral part of the organization and has worked closely alongside Jerome and the leadership team in helping guide the continued growth and success of Moore Company. Through his strong leadership, strategic mindset, and deep understanding of the business, Will has earned the trust and respect of both our team and clients alike. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), he brings a strong financial foundation, analytical expertise, and a disciplined approach to leadership that will continue to benefit Moore Company and its clients. Having worked alongside Jerome and the company's senior leaders over the past several years, Will is well-prepared to help lead Moore Company into its next chapter.
This transition also marks an exciting new phase for Jerome, who will remain actively involved with Moore Company while shifting his primary focus toward the investment side of the business. Jerome’s leadership, vision, and dedication have been instrumental in building Moore Company into what it is today, and his continued involvement will remain an invaluable part of the company’s future.
