As the year comes to an end, my biggest accomplishment has been earning my New Jersey license in less than a month and passing on the first try last yr. I’m grateful that this opened the door for me to help a friend purchase an investment property in New Jersey

The seller initially requested $325,000 with a closing date near August. I was able to negotiate $355,000 with a July closing date, with the buyer also covering the transfer tax. We went under contract in February and settled in July.
