🏡 SOLD — and this one is a little extra special. ❤️
Some homes are more than just walls and rooms. They hold years of memories, a lifetime of stories, and pieces of the people who once called them home.
This was one of those older homes with great bones and so much potential, but it also needed a lot of love and a whole lot of work.
After the gentleman who lived here passed away, his nephew, Richie, and his wife, Angel, spent countless hours clearing, cleaning, and preparing the home for its next chapter. They put in so much time and effort, and I know it wasn't always easy. But they kept going, knowing that eventually, the right person would walk through those doors and see what this home could become. ❤️
And they didn't have to wait long!
This home was barely on the market before we received an offer! 🥰
As the listing agent, I feel so blessed to have been a small part of this transition. There is something incredibly special about helping a home move from one chapter of its story into another.
Today, the work is behind us, the keys are changing hands, and new owners get the opportunity to fill these rooms with their own laughter, love, memories and dreams.
