We have buildings with windows, and second story that could be loft apartments on sale in our town to increase the value and bring back all the charm that our town previously existed. It already has a restaurant style building for entertainment, good food, and other qualities that would bring out of town people, Check it out on Zillow., Connelly St. addresses.

You can make a lot of money in real estate by buying property, fixing it up and flipping it or by rental property. It is that or the stock market. Both ways you need to know your product or do both. If you buy it to fix up to start off, you need to be able to fix it up yourself or if you buy it for rental property, be able to fix things. Also it needs to be in a good location. Location, location, location is the key for flipping or rental. You don't need to flip for 3 months, or when you resale, FHA and some of the other mortgages won't let the new owners finance a flip house immediately after the purchase. I get called daily for rental property. Monticello needs rental property. Also when you buy rental property, leave only the refrigerator and stove or just the stove, because if you leave a washer and dryer, it does not bring any more rent and you have to do the repairs because it belongs to you. Also, rent to own is not a good contract for the owner or buyer. I have never seen it work out because really they are just paying rent and very little on the principal. Call me for buying or selling, 870-367-3173. I have a lot of experience and I am good at talking to you to help you whether a first time home buyer or live in one fix it up, resale and move on up. If you live in a house for 24 months out of five years, doesn't have to be consecutive, you do not have to pay capital gains, just keep buying a good buy, and moving on UP.
