This was a hard fought closing y'all!

This was my first client through Veterans United Network and I am happy to have been able to get him in this beautiful home!

It was definitely a group effort from everyone! From the listing agent to the loan officer, title company and home insurance broker, we all have worked nonstop to make this happen. You know what they say... teamwork makes the dream work!

Another closed chapter for both me and my client!

This sweet lady has been with me since my first year in this business. We listed her home and said some prayers. It has been a slow process but the good Lord knew she needed a little extra time with her family here before she moved back home to be close to her kids.

I represented the buyers for this beautiful home in Pinebluff. Today's closing was another bitter sweet one. These clients have been with me for over a year now and we have seen all kinds of properties and been hundreds of miles together.
I am so thankful they finally found the perfect one so they could move back home to Arkansas but I will miss our showing adventures!
