In addition to the violation mentioned, this fake page is also pretending to be a business it is not, as well as routing business contacts to a personal email address. Here is official page of the business:

Facebook, we and many others have reported the page several times, but the still page remains active. Aside from causing confusion, this fake page is a source of misinformation that continues to disrupt business communications & operations.
