Real estate has a funny way of making even confident people question every move.

Timing, price, market conditions, emotions, outside opinions, and the fear of getting it wrong can all start competing for attention at once.

The best fall things to do in Minnesota are almost back 🍂

Slower mornings, football on in the background, the first seasonal drink from the local coffee counter, and convincing yourself it’s sweater weather the second the temperature drops below 75.

I’m already planning where to get apple c***r donuts, which local events can’t be missed, and every excuse to spend a slow afternoon around town.

The truth about living in Monticello 🤫

People can look at Monticello and see “just a small town off I-94.” But when you actually live here, you start noticing the things that don’t show up in a quick Google search.

Like summer nights at Riverfest, grabbing coffee and chatting with familiar faces before heading out for the day, and those quiet moments along the Mississippi River when the leaves change and the whole town feels like it slows down (in the best way).

Every place has its quirks. Ours just happen to be part of why we love calling Monticello home.

What’s one thing about living in Monticello you’d never want to give up?
