Philip Berglund is a Realtor for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services|Lovejoy realty. He is excited, motivated, and willing to educate, advise, and protect clients while buying and selling homes. His main objective is to make purchasing or selling houses for his clients a smooth process. Phil has been serving in the Army National Guard for 10 years with pride, dignity, and integrity. He will treat his clients in the same manner and seriousness as he serves his country. Always placing the client first and finding solutions to any objections or concerns that may arise. Phil’s previous experience advising clients on the benefits of refinancing mortgages and packaging them with Life Insurance created an easy transition into Real Estate. Phil currently has an Associates of Science degree with an emphasis in Law Enforcement and has a Bachelors’ degree in Business of Science Management.
