Jenkins Properties Management Company, Inc. is founded on a sense of community. We are now called on to ask how best we can serve our clients and employees during this worldwide pandemic. COVID-19 is forcing us to evaluate how we conduct business, and implement protocols that will insulate our clients and employees.
Continuing through the month of March (possibly April), JPMC employees may not be available to attend to every tenant’s maintenance and/or repair needs immediately. However, please submit your needed maintenance request and we will do our best to assist and resolve your concerns. Our support team will be on hand to answer any questions or concerns. In addition to your sending your request to me, please include [email protected] and [email protected] as back up.
We are encouraging any staff members that are not feeling 100% to remain home, so as to limit potential exposure to the rest of our team. If you are unable to reach the manager of your property, or a staff member in the office, please contact our 24-hour emergency hotline at 800-356-0846.
