As I was sketching away at my first Urban Sketchers of LA event, I heard my name called 🦻I turned around, and there was this lovely lady – Anna.

She said, 'Do you remember me?
I'm Anna, and I knew your Mom, Bea Jue.
She was an amazing Realtor, and I can see you're doing great things in real estate, too.
Your mom would be so proud.'
🤩

It had been over 15 years since I'd last seen Anna, but our connection picked up right where it left off.

Sometimes, the world isn't as big as we think, and the memories we share are what truly bind us 💖

The Hubs and I stepped out to celebrate our friend Sarkis's 80th birthday in style 🎈We met at Phoenecia in Glendale, where we enjoyed some of the finest Lebanese cuisine in town.

Leaving a close-knit community is never easy, but when opportunity knocked on Jan and Mike's door, they had to answer 🌟A dream home in a new state awaited, so they had to act quickly!

On the recommendation of a friend, they asked me to help sell their cherished home 🏠

It truly was a team effort, with nearly every member of the DIGGS brokerage helping to declutter, spruce up, and stage the house.

We worked our magic and got it market-ready in record time ✨

The result? Their home was sold for top dollar, and the neighborhood threw a going-away party, where the DIGGS team and the new buyers had the chance to meet the fantastic community.
