Riva House, 2-Min Walk to Beach, Screened Porch + Fire Pit

"Amazing place. I highly recommend!! Spotless. So clean and welcoming. Everything you will need is already there. Towels, sheets, ALL the kitchen equipment you need to make dinner or even coffee is already there. (just bring food)Everything is comfortable and SOFT!! The Livingroom furniture is so comfortable and the bed felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.Easy check in and easy checkout. Load the dishwasher and start it, take out the trash and strip the beds. So easy. Out the back door near the tree line you will find a path (lined with Elf houses and berry bushes) that takes you right to the beach. Perfect.The host in my experience was kind and generous. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be going back."

One of my favorite things about Riva House? 🌅

Beaver Dam Beach is just steps away from the house! Tucked inside our private community, this peaceful little beach is the perfect spot to start or end your day.

Whether you’re sipping coffee while watching the sunrise, building sandcastles with the kids, searching for shells, or enjoying a quiet evening by the water, it’s all just a short walk from the front door.

No packing up the car. No crowded parking lots. Just grab a towel and go.

Moments like this are why we fell in love with this little corner of the Northern Neck. ❤️

Community pool. 🏊‍♀️💧🌊Riva House is in a quiet neighborhood that includes a community pool. There are plenty of noodles and balls and a few floats for enjoyment. Tables include umbrellas for shade.

One of our favorite family adventures near Riva House is walking the shoreline looking for tiny treasures from millions of years ago. Kids love the thrill of spotting their first shark tooth, and every visit feels like a treasure hunt.
