Urban Land Institute - Northern New Jersey The mission of the Urban Land Institute is to provide responsible leadership in the use of land in order to enhance the total environment.

ULI’s mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. We are committed to:

•Advancing land use policies and design practices that respect the uniqueness of both built and natural environments;

Earlier this week Arterial's Breana Parian and Michael Scott Bey were in the neighborhood, so they swung by the award-winning 55 Union in the City of Newark, NJ. Winner of a 2024 Northern New Jersey Excellence Award for Sustainable Development by Urban Land Institute - Northern New Jersey, we developed two , rooftop amenity spaces, and the surrounding the site. 🌳
