Well deserved recognition!
The hits just keep on coming for in the Town of Morristown, NJ! 👏 Last week SJP Properties announced that Sanofi at M Station West has been selected as a Deal of the Year Award Finalist for NAIOP New Jersey Chapter's 39th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala on May 14th. 🏢
Upon completion in 2025, M Station became one of the state’s most significant new office developments in decades, delivering approximately 380,000 SF of office space and 30,000 SF of retail at the key corner of Morris and Spring Streets, along with a multi-lane roundabout and thoughtfully designed public spaces that better connect the development to the surrounding community. 🔁
As Morristown’s Planners, Topology led every aspect of the redevelopment effort, from drafting the Redevelopment Plan and advising on architecture, public space design, and circulation, to making numerous presentations to the Planning Board, Town Council, and the public. Originally stalled since 2008, the plan was reimagined to avoid the pitfalls of past downtown office developments and instead support the town’s broader Master Plan vision. 🗺 M Station has also been honored with the 2023 CoStar Impact Award, the 2024 Urban Land Institute - Northern New Jersey Excellence Award for NJ Development Project of the Year, and more recently a 2026 CoStar Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year! 🏆
