Last night, my senior football player got hurt on the field, and we ended up spending some time in the ER. 😩 Thankfully, thank the Lord, he is OK! 🙏🏼 Just an ankle injury, and thankfully it could have been so much worse. ❤️

So after a late night, I figured today would be a nice, calm, easy day… 😂😂😂

HA. Nope.

My day started REALLY early with a drive from Bedford County all the way to Clifton Forge by 7:45 AM for a home inspection. Then back to Salem for a showing, off to Iron Gate for an open house at my adorable little house listing 🏡, a few quick errands, and then off to another showing with another client.

After many conversations with my clients, amazing lender and home inspector, I put my negotiating/analyst brain to work 🤓, curated what I think is a pretty awesome offer, and just hit SUBMIT! 🙌🏼

And now… we wait. 😬
The terrible, horrible, no-good waiting game. 😂

It has been a BUSY couple of days, but gosh, I am so thankful. Thankful for every client, every conversation, every opportunity, and every person I had the chance to cross paths with today. You all are so special to me, and I truly don’t take any of it for granted. ❤️

Now I’m pretty sure I’ll be sleeping VERY well tonight. 😂😴

One thing is for sure… life may be busy, but I sure am blessed. 🏡❤️

This grandfather-and-son duo were an absolute pleasure to work with, and their story truly warmed my heart. It was one of those experiences that reminded me **exactly why I started my real estate journey nearly two years ago.**
