Well, it's Official, it is easier and less time consuming to buy a new car at a Dealership than buy a phone from Verizon. Used their chat today to upgrade my phone and was stuck at my office computer for over 4 hours. Sad, their agent was slow in getting my answers and worst of all, tried a bait and switch, told me in the chat (so it's in writing) $10.54 per month for 36 months. When I go to check out it was $16.77. Needless to say a supervisor & another agent later I finally was successful with my phone purchase. Exhausting afternoon dealing with customer service without any customer service.
