I know there are many of you out there that want to purchase a home but with rising home prices you may have been "priced out" and are waiting for something to change.

Here is your opportunity to break into home ownership just like I did back in 2021. I purchased this house as my first but it later became a rental property for me when I moved on into a bigger space. This could be you! If you are currently renting, WHY!? You can own this home for less than $1200 a month. It is currently one bedroom and can easily be converted back into a two bedroom as it was originally. Walking distance to downtown New London, low maintenance, loft style upstairs huge bedroom with walk in closet. There is so much potential here! Could also be an Airbnb.

Sellers are willing to credit any buyer $1000 towards their closing costs.
