This is a CHFA Conventional loan program that eliminates mortgage insurance, and is designed to provide homeownership opportunities to teachers and school employees. Today, I was able to celebrate this closing with the Buyers on my listing. They called me directly after seeing it online. We talked about the different levels of representation, and then successfully moved forward with an offer and acceptance. Their lender took the selfie😊closing earlier than our contract date.
