🎉 Meet the Team Monday! 🎉

This week, we’re featuring Toni Greganti, Escrow Officer—and we’re excited to share that Toni is making the move from our Norman office to our Moore office! 🙌

Toni has been with Titan for almost 3 years and has become such a strong, reliable part of our team. She’s known for her thoroughness and attention to detail, making sure every closing is handled with care from start to finish.

🔑 What’s your favorite thing about working at Titan?
“Honestly, it’s the sense of family here. You don’t just feel like an employee; you feel like you’re part of a community that truly has your back. My favorite part is the culture. Titan has managed to keep a close-knit, family-oriented feel even as we grow, which makes the collaboration here really special.”

🔑 What do you do on your time off?
“I’m big on family time, so I try to spend as much of my weekends with them as possible. I’m also a big fan of pinball and Halloween—they’re a bit of an obsession—and I love heading out to craft festivals to see what local makers are creating.”

🔑 What advice would you give someone in the industry?
“Communication is key. Success in the title industry is built on a foundation of precision, trust, and proactive communication, whether you are a closer, processor, examiner, or sales representative.”

🔑Tell us about your city, why do you love it?
'The Moore-OKC area is like having the best of both worlds at your doorstep. Moore offers quiet, small-town heart and community, while OKC is just minutes away with its big city attractions and energy. I love it because i don't have to choose. You get the safety and connection of Moore, but you never feel isolated from the culture and excitement of the city. It’s the ultimate "sweet spot.” And then there’s the Thunder! Thunder up OKC!
