Please help us welcome Katie Hartman to the Titan Title family! Katie joins us as an Escrow Officer in our Oklahoma City Gaillardia office.
A graduate of Oklahoma State University, Katie jumped straight into the real estate industry and has now spent 20 years serving Oklahoma homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals. Throughout her career, she's worked as a real estate agent, mortgage loan originator, closer for a local credit union, and has spent more than 13 years in title and escrow. Having worked on all sides of the transaction gives her a well-rounded perspective and a passion for helping others—especially through teaching CE classes and training real estate agents.
Katie brings a wealth of experience, a proactive approach to customer service, and a genuine commitment to creating smooth closing experiences. We're excited to have her as part of Team Titan!

🔑 What do you enjoy doing in your time off?
"Watching my son play baseball for Oklahoma Christian University, cooking and baking, reading, and spending time with my family."
🔑 What advice would you give someone else in the industry?
"Be prepared to always learn something new! There's a lot to learn in this industry, and no matter how long you've been doing it, you'll always come across a new situation. And learn to give others grace—buyers and sellers are often going through one of the most stressful times in their lives."
🔑 Tell us about your city. Why do you love it?
"My family has called Yukon home for the last 20 years, and it's been amazing to watch it grow. There are so many wonderful people in the Yukon area, and I've been blessed to build lasting friendships and work alongside many of them over the years."
