Life lately.

Much needed haircut with Lauren. She’s amazing and always captures exactly what I ask for. She’s on Main Street in Moore!

Tribal optometrist gave me a horrid Rx and I couldn’t use my glasses. Dr. Ledbetter had me in within a few days and got me taken care of. New lenses are perfect!

Schools back in session so it’s time for the homeschool invasion at the library. 😜

I think about Meddy’s far too often and will find any excuse to go eat there. Kid meal prices can’t be beat!

Listing pictures in Moore. You win some and you lose some. This one we listed and the sellers let me know circumstances changed. I said no problem and we pulled off the market and we’ll relist again later this year. My biggest priority is to have happy clients.

Y’all know it has been scorching outside so we’ve been trying to get in as much pool time as possible in the evenings. Otherwise, you can catch us inside where there’s A/C. 😂

Oklahoma Smoke BBQ with the fam this weekend. Delicious! Meddy’s with the fam, also delicious. Turns out our family hang outs revolve around food. 😅
No pictures to be found from our stormy swim day, but I did document my growing belly(baby or food, only time will tell 😜) and finally got to burn my tomato vine candle. So many documents handled for the back side of transactions in between all these moments.

Back to (home)school tomorrow! 🤎

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.

Last night our babies set up a date night for Jacob and I, and then today they brought me breakfast in bed. Jacob had them use a mug he bought me secretly a few months ago(shift day). Almost 20 weeks with baby and he’s been kicking all day. Worked out with my sister and went swimming with my babies sister and nephew, and my dad. Couldn’t ask for more.

Very thankful for another year spent with the ones I love. God knows I don’t deserve any of them or so much time, but I am so thankful He’s allowed me to continue sharing life with them. Thank you, Jesus.

Nobody wants to hear “we need to drop the price.”

I don’t love saying it either, honestly.

But what I love even less is watching a house sit on the market for 90 days while the sellers wonder what went wrong.

So I say it anyway.

My goal isn’t to list houses. It’s to sell them, and sometimes the most powerful marketing move we can make is to drop the price.

Today was not an ordinary day. Had a doctors appt that went well, praise the Lord! Got some work done while I listened to some Dulce Pontes. Then spent the day making some of our Portuguese favorites to watch while we cheered for the Portugal National Team. Four of my formative years I spent in the nation and it left its mark. Imagine how thrilled my heart was to share a piece of that saudade with my dad and introduce it to my own family! The kids even had seconds. Orgulhosa. 🤍🇵🇹
