Just Sold in Ocean City! ✨

I’m so excited to share that my buyers are now the proud owners of their dream condo right on the beach at 322 Boardwalk 🏖️. This closing wasn’t without its challenges, at one point, we weren’t sure we’d make it to the finish line due to a fire inspection issue. But thanks to incredible teamwork between myself, Allan (the listing agent), and Kelly (our amazing loan officer), we worked through each hurdle and kept everything moving forward.

After a long two months, we got it done, and seeing the smiles on my buyers’ faces as they stood on their balcony overlooking the ocean made every step worth it! 🌊💙
