People here “Pine barrens” and picture nothing out here-meanwhile, locals know about the lakes, the winery the privacy and being 20 minutes from joint base without giving up an ounce of quiet.
Tag someone who still thinks Shamong is “in the middle of nowhere. “

For the first time in what feels like forever, buyers are starting to have a little room to negotiate again.
During the COVID market, asking for closing costs, repairs, or seller credits was basically a fast track to having your offer tossed aside. Sellers were getting multiple offers and calling all the shots.
But things have shifted.
That doesn’t mean buyers can ask for the moon. It just means we’re seeing more sellers willing to help with things like closing costs, rate buy-downs, and repairs to get a deal across the finish line.
If you’ve been sitting on the sidelines because you thought you’d need tens of thousands in cash on top of your down payment, it might be time to take another look.
