Just saw this article today. Something consumers need to be aware of as changes to commission fees. Buyers and Sellers will now pay their own and sellers no longer cover all commission fees. It does not indicate when this officially goes into effect or if it has already. Best to check with your agent on fees.

The 6% commission, a standard in home purchase transactions, is no more.
