When deciding to join a large office/company, I did think, how will my team fit in here? Are we just one of many?
Being recognized is a nice feeling but was not a priority for us. It is never about us, always about you, the client, what’s going on in your lives and how we can serve you best.
As many of you know, Brian is a full time Realtor but also is an incredible EMT (of 20+ years), Allison works remotely and keeps our transactions in check, and as for me, I am
at your beck and call but typically have a velcro toddler at home with me too. (Those kids constantly yapping in the background). Our personal lives never interfere with our business but just like anyone, it comes with its challenges. But Brian, Allison and I work seamlessly together. All these years and we show eachother’s personal lives respect and we help each other anyway we can, because that work-home life balance is hard.
With all that said, I ranked COMPANYWIDE for our production in 2025. It’s not shocking but it does make you take a step back, maybe we’ve got this thing right? Maybe we are loving ourselves, our families AND excelling at our job? Just maybe. ❤️
