Halgas Sells Homes

I'm a top-selling agent in my area and have over 10 successful years of experience. I am available 24/7 so I'm happy to accept a call at all hours. I make it a point to know my clients which allows me to get great results on their behalf. Sellers will also understand quickly that I am a straight shooter. I will do the research to properly list their homes and give realistic evaluations on what they can anticipate by listing with me. I am a big fan of internet advertising. As you will see, I utilize Zillow and other websites as a way to reach potential clients. A well thought out presentation online is a must. So, I always invite you to look over my current and past listings so you understand what efforts I undertake to portray your house correctly. If you list with me, rest assured your whole neighborhood will know your house is listed by me and I mean business! Regardless if you are a Buyer or Seller, my commitment to you continues from our first phone conversation through the final paper being signed at the closing table. The proces s can be burdensome at times and I trust my presence with you will ease the process along the way. I work on a team with my husband Steve. He's a very strong numbers guy and together we cover a little more ground when things get busy. Thank you for visiting my Profile. I hope you enjoy reading a little about me and what I'm all about.
