🎒 Back-to-School Ready… But Not Quite Ready to Say Goodbye to Summer! ☀️
The countdown is on! Before the backpacks are packed and the school buses start rolling, there are still a few precious weeks of summer left to enjoy. ❤️
Here are a few ways to make the transition back to school a little easier:
📚 Start easing back into a routine – Gradually move bedtime and wake-up times closer to the school schedule.
🎒 Get organized – Shop for school supplies, clean out backpacks, and set up a homework spot before the first day.
👟 Try on those shoes! – Make sure everyone has what they need before the last-minute rush.
🍎 Practice the morning routine – A few trial runs can make those first school mornings much less hectic!
☀️ But don’t forget to have some fun! – Squeeze in one more beach day, ice cream run, backyard BBQ, pool day, movie night, or spontaneous family adventure.
📸 Make those last summer memories count. Sometimes the simplest days become the ones we remember most.

🎶 Catch a summer concert
Burlington County’s Summer Concert Series continues through August 29, with free outdoor concerts at the Burlington County Amphitheater and Historic Smithville Park. Bring a chair, blanket and enjoy a summer night under the stars!
🎬 Movie night under the stars
Camden County still has outdoor Movies with Metro nights coming up, including Zootopia on August 21 and GOAT on August 28. Grab the kids, a blanket and some snacks!
🎨 Explore the Collingswood Arts Festival
August 15–16, Haddon Avenue will be filled with more than 190 artists, food and plenty to browse. A perfect excuse for a late-summer stroll!
🎡 Family fun before school starts
Camden County’s Summer Fun Nights continue August 14 with petting zoos, pony rides, inflatables and games.
