When buying a home, focus on the bones: the layout, structure, location, lot size, natural light, and overall potential. A beautiful kitchen can be added later… but you can’t change the neighborhood or the foundation of the home.

Some of the best homes are the ones other buyers overlook because they can’t see past the cosmetic details. 👀🏡

An appraisal is one of the most important parts of the home buying process — it helps confirm the home’s value for the buyer and lender. 🏡
That’s why I always meet the appraiser at my listings… to provide recent comps, highlight upgrades, and make sure they have all the information needed to accurately value the home.
