這間房子的情況不同於一般常規的交易, 過程中也承受很多不確定因素帶來的壓力和焦慮。所幸我們最終以非常好的價格成交，他們也得以成功購入在Cherry Hill East的第一間房子。

今天在最終交屋前的final walk through, 我們走進這個已經全部搬空的房子，房子呈現出本來亮敞開放的空間，四面環繞的大窗戶，明亮的光線，寬敞的空間，整個房子彷佛活了起来， 讓我覺得很欣慰，這就是他們理想的家。 所有的辛苦都值得 真開心 😊❤️

Huge congratulations to my first-time homebuyers who officially closed on their beautiful new home in Cherry Hill, NJ today! 🎉

Every single closing is special to me, but this one really highlights what perseverance looks like. This wonderful young couple was referred to me by a past client, and our journey started a few months ago.

In this super-competitive, low-inventory market, buying a home is a true test of patience. We toured new listings, they hit countless open houses on the weekends, and we faced the heartbreak of being outbid on several offers.

To get this one under contract, we had to think outside the box. It wasn't a conventional process, and it came with plenty of uncertainties and stress—but my buyers completely trusted me and the strategy.

Today, all that hard work and trust paid off. We closed!!! 🙌 The home is absolutely amazing, and I am so confident it is the perfect fit for them.

This was the sellers’ first home in the United States—a home they lovingly maintained and originally planned to enjoy for many years. Due to a job change and commuting needs, they made the difficult decision to sell.
Before listing, the sellers trusted our professional recommendations. The home was freshly painted, carefully prepared, and refreshed to create the best possible first impression. Their hard work paid off, resulting in strong buyer interest and a successful sale over the asking price.
During the transaction, an unexpected sewer line issue was discovered. Our team immediately contacted and compared three professional plumbing companies, coordinated the necessary applications and permits, and closely managed the repair process. Everything was completed before closing, allowing the transaction to remain on schedule.
On closing day, the sellers personally shared the home’s details and maintenance history with the buyers. Their love for the property was clear, and they were happy to pass it along to its new owners.
