A little home-buying tip...

If you already have a Realtor you want to work with, don’t click the “Schedule a Tour” button on Zillow or other home search sites. Those requests are often routed to a different agent—not necessarily the Realtor you intended to work with.

Instead, send your Realtor the listing directly. That allows us to jump into action right away.

I couldn’t be more thrilled for this incredible family who just became homeowners! After renting for over 10 years, they took that huge leap and secured their very first home – a beautiful new chapter for them and their two little ones! 🥰
