🏡Helping another nuclear power family go UNDER CONTRACT and relocate to the Lake Norman area!
I’m so grateful my clients entrusted me to help them find the perfect home with a pool. After only a few home showings over the weekend we found “the one”! This is always meaningful for me because before real estate, my husband and I worked for Duke Energy in Crystal River, Florida and were relocated to the Lake Norman area 13 years ago with the company, so I understand firsthand what these careers demand and how they impact family moves, timing, and housing decisions. I definitely speak their language!
My connection to utilities and the nuclear industry didn't end when I left the company. My husband, son, and daughter in law all work in the energy field. Between my past career and my family, it is still very much part of my everyday life.
Clients often come to me through industry referrals because they want someone who already understands their world. I'm grateful to serve so many connected this way and treat them like family as well. It truly feels like coming full circle just now I get to help them land in their next chapter.
