🔥What a September 🍁 we have had!🍂

After working on it for almost a year 📆, our family friend and client was able to 🔒 lock down a new construction 🧱 that was bigger than she thought we could find 🕵️, close to the schools 🏫 she wanted to be near, just outside downtown Mooresville. 🚶‍♀️Walking distance to everything. 🙏🏻Could not have asked for a more cooperative selling side 🙌🏼, a harder working 😅mortgage partner in Kevin Spain with Fairway Mortgage 🏦, or a more diligent and determined client 💪🏼. All after multiple offers and even a deal that fell apart. 🥳 NO MORE RENTING FOR Amber!!! 🎊

😢 But the month ended on the ugly side. ⛈️ Hurricane Helene ravaged the western Carolinas 🌊 and many of my friends and family are feeling the pains of loss and heartache after watching their homes basically wash away or trees crush their paths out. 🙏🏻 Please pray 🙏🏻 that everyone stuck in this mess finds a way out of it soon and try to give what you are able to help them get through these trying times.
