I challenge you to start finding fault in just about everything that happens to you, barring any illness or losses of course. Whether it’s undeniably someone else’s fault or not take .5% or 100% ownership in the outcome. We are so quick to point the finger at someone else even when it’s justified that we overlook small opportunities to grow from. Start by asking yourself questions like, how did I put myself in this situation or what should have I done differently? Successful people, especially strong leaders, understand this type of ownership. They question themselves often to learn and develop themselves from their experiences. There is always a lesson to learn in every negative situation. You just have to be willing to look hard enough. Today’s lesson for me, don’t leave trash laying around where my dogs can get into it and take some time to train them more.

Want to up your personal development game??? Give this book a read. James clear lays out habit formation like a dang artist. It's simplistic yet scientific. Using his methods makes me feel like I'm hacking my own mind as crazy as that sounds. Tapping into my psyche to plant a new thought in order to create a habit. Kinda like Inception the movie lol.
