I haven’t posted in quite a while, but I have to say congrats to my buyer on closing on his first home! I love helping the younger generation (can’t believe I’m old enough to say that😂) break into the real estate market! It’s only up from here!

We got a new dog from some nice folks that were selling their home, and could not take her with them. (thanks Glynis Giles!) she’s not having the best time yet and won’t leave her kennel much, but Adeline and the twins are making sure she feels loved. She’s definitely doing better than yesterday!
