Do you think our real estate market will crash?

Today's RE market is doing well with plenty of home buyers looking for the right home. Home prices are as high as they have ever been and that has caused today's buyers to be very critical of home pricing. Some homes are selling very well and sometimes within a few days or within a weeks time. Other homes are getting buyer activity but are not selling and end up having one or two price reductions before the right buyer sees the value.

Long term projections as per the below article are accurate in my opinion, especially as the Iran war eventually comes to an end and interest rates relax even more.
