🏡 JUST SOLD in Denver, NC

Sometimes a home sale is about much more than the house itself.
I helped Liz purchase this home about a year ago, but family circumstances changed and she found herself needing to sell much sooner than expected.

Fortunately, the timing came together. We connected with a buyer who was specifically looking for a 55-plus community and needed to make a move on a fairly short timetable. The home was a great fit, and we were able to put together a deal that worked well for both sides.

I’m especially happy for Liz as she moves on to her next chapter, and I’m glad the new owner found the right home at the right time.
Real estate plans can change quickly. When they do, sometimes the best outcome comes from matching the right home with the right buyer. ❤️

👀 More homes are hitting buyers' radar.

Some Charlotte-area markets saw a pretty significant jump in homes available for sale compared with last August.

For buyers, more inventory can change the conversation around competition, concessions and negotiating leverage.
